This position fits best with an individual who has exceptional planning and organization skills, is adaptable to change, and is resilient. Compassion with a helpful attitude is very important as you will build strong relationships through effective communication and good listening skills. If you like to solve difficult puzzles you may be the perfect fit!
this is NOT a remote position.

This individual must have a pro-active work ethic, the ability to problem solve to find a solution, be detailed oriented, and the ability to build trusting relationships over the phone.  Proficient computer skills working with the database system, MS Outlook, MS OFFICE, and scheduling experience.

  • Candidates with home health/hospice scheduling experience are preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • The ability to demonstrate initiative while working under limited supervision
  • The ability to focus on client satisfaction
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to find a workable solution
  • Proficient computer skills using database systems, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel
