Description

Objective: The Inquiry Specialist is responsible for the Client Service Inquiry process and for our Georgia and Texas locations. This is a remote opportunity

Primary Responsibilities:

Field new client inquires over the phone in a knowledgeable consultative sales manner, enter information into the operating system and schedule care consultations

Monitor, track and report key players’ adherence to organizational structure of the inquiry process

Educate Key Players on the inquiry process from inquiry intake, follow-up to closing the inquiry.

Gather and share community resources with callers, clients, families and inquiry team.

Take all incoming calls from potential clients and decision makers inquiring about service

Respond to all internet/web leads for service through outbound calls and additional correspondence

Critical numbers

  • Ask for the care consultation 100% of the time
  • Respond to all phone calls immediately
  • Respond to all internet leads in 5-10 minutes
  • Report number of SI taken and converted by X day of each month
  • If you want to tie into call source –
    • Greeting/relationship score above 80%
    • Gathering info/diagnosis score above 75%
    • Explaining HISC services tailored to callers needs scoring above 100%
    • Follow up request/departing impression scoring above 76%

Achieve and maintain a 40% or above conversion from Client Inquiry to Care Consultation

Education/Experience Requirements:

· College degree is recommended

· One year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered

· Must possess a valid driver’s license

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· This position with be responsible for overseeing the contributions of all staff members involved in the presentation of Home Instead educational programs

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Must have the ability to sit at a desk and listen effectively for long periods of time on the telephone

· Must have the ability to operate office equipment

· Must be patient and congenial on the telephone

· Must have computer skills and be proficient in Excel and Word

· Must have the availability to work evenings or weekends as required
